Whites Only Soap Dispenser Debunked

UPDATE CORRECTION: Black hand DOESN'T touch the sensor, it is touching where the "low refill" light is located. (That's the flashing red light you see at the base of the dispenser.) I still think the most likely explanation is user error and I do want to point out (as I say in the video) that the diagram I show is for a different soap dispenser. I found the instruction sheet in a reddit post ( https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/comments/3jfnet/whites_only/cupcpgu ) for this TC soap dispenser. What it shows is that the sensor is not at the base of the unit: http://www.technicalconceptsforless.com/OneShot-Foam-Instruction-Sheet.pdf So I made a mistake in assuming that what he was touching was the sensor. I think this info jibes with the idea that the person with the black hand is at the wrong angle for the device to work. The "Flashing red light indicates low refill" so that isn't even the sensor.

Today is an historic day. It is a great honor for us to announce that we have reached an agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue.

With courage, political will, mutual respect and leadership, we delivered on what the world was hoping for: a shared commitment to peace and to join hands in order to make our world safer. This is an historic day also because we are creating the conditions for building trust and opening a new chapter in our relationship.

This achievement is the result of a collective effort.

No one ever thought it would be easy. Historic decisions never are. But despite all twists and turns of the talks, and the number of extensions, hope and determination enabled us to overcome all the difficult moments. We have always been aware we had a responsibility to our generation and the future ones.

Thanks to the constructive engagement of all parties, and the dedication and ability of our teams, we have successfully concluded negotiations and resolved a dispute that lasted more than 10 years.

Many people brought these difficult negotiations forward during the last decade and we would like to thank all of them - as we would like to thank the International Atomic Energy Agency for its critical contribution and close cooperation as well as the Austrian government for the support and hospitality.

We, the EU High Representative for Foreign and Security policy and the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, together with the Foreign Ministers of the People´s Republic of China, France, Germany, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States of America met here in Vienna, following several months of intensive work, at various levels and in different formats, to negotiate the text of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), based on the key parameters agreed in Lausanne on 2 April.

We have today agreed on the final text of this Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action

The E3/EU+3 and the Islamic Republic of Iran welcome this historic Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), which will ensure that Iran’s nuclear program will be exclusively peaceful, and mark a fundamental shift in their approach to this issue. They anticipate that full implementation of this Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action will positively contribute to regional and international peace and security. Iran reaffirms that under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop or acquire any nuclear weapons.

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action includes Iran’s own long-term plan with agreed limitations on Iran’s nuclear program, and will produce the comprehensive lifting of all UN Security Council sanctions as well as multilateral and national sanctions related to Iran’s nuclear program, including steps on access in areas of trade, technology, finance, and energy.

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action comprises of a main text, and five technical annexes - on nuclear, sanctions, civil nuclear energy cooperation, a joint commission, and implementation. These documents are detailed and specific: that is important because all sides wanted clarity so as to ensure the full and effective implementation of the agreement.

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action is a balanced deal that respects the interests of all sides. It is also complex, detailed and technical: we cannot fully summarize the agreement now. But the full main text and all its annexes will be made public still today and will be presented within the next few days by the E3+3 to the Security Council for endorsement.

We know that this agreement will be subject to intense scrutiny. But what we are announcing today is not only a deal but a good deal. And a good deal for all sides – and the wider international community.

This agreement opens new possibilities and a way forward to end a crisis that has lasted for more than 10 years. We are committed to make sure this Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action is fully implemented, counting also on the contribution of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

We call on the world community to support the implementation of this historic effort.

This is the conclusion of our negotiations, but this is not the end of our common work. We will keep doing this important task together. Thank you.

Why would these words be spoken from what you claim is "fake"? You can see how the media spun it by omitting these words from news reports about the tape recording. http://www.cnn.com/2003/US/02/14/binladen.tape/ 

U.S. officials don't deny it was bin Laden talking. We know why they would want to omit parts. The question is why "create" those parts only to then suppress them?  The thing that makes no sense is that if what you claim is true in your theory, then why in the world would "secret agents" fake a message saying Bush is a liar? Why would "secret agents" fake a message saying that the real reason for the attack is because of the Americans's "evil and injustice in the whole of the Islamic World, especially in Iraq and Palestine and their occupation of the Land of the Two Holy Sanctuaries."? You know the powers that be like to insist that the reasons were along the lines of Bush's explanation for the motive, so why "secret agents" "create" a tape that says calls Bush a liar about his claim about what the motives were?

YouTube's criteria for what they consider content that is “advertiser-friendly"

YouTube says that “advertiser-friendly” content is content which "has little to no inappropriate and/or mature content in the video stream, thumbnail, or metadata such as video title." But they do say "if there may be inappropriate content, the context is usually newsworthy or comedic where the creator’s intent is to inform or entertain, and not offend or shock" and clearly the intent of the Representative Press channel is NOT to "offend or shock" but rather to "inform" the public with "newsworthy" content.

 The Representative Press channel is presenting newsworthy content with the intent to inform (see the about page here) and is not a channel with videos intended to offend or shock.

YouTube says that content it "considers to be inappropriate for advertising includes but is not limited to:

• Sexually suggestive content, including partial nudity and sexual humor
• Violence, including display of serious injury and events related to violent extremism
• Inappropriate language, including harassment, profanity and vulgar language
• Promotion of drugs and regulated substances, including selling, use and abuse of such items
• Controversial or sensitive subjects and events, including natural disasters and deaths

YouTube says: "If any of the above describes any portion of your video, then it may not be approved for monetization. In cases where monetization is approved, your video may not be eligible for all of the ad formats we offer. YouTube reserves the right to not monetize a video, as well as suspend monetization feature on channels who repeatedly submit videos that violate our policies."

Situation with YouTube

I really am disgusted by how YouTube is pulling monetization from MANY videos. I was thinking I could email my viewers a list of videos which this was done to. You can join the Representative Press email list to see that list of videos (joining may also help deal with the situation of YouTube not notifying my subscribers of new videos.

(I also would like to test to see if people are getting the emails so please join the Representative Press email list )

It really is sad that YouTube is doing this to my channel because my videos are serious journalism and the YouTube actions are financially hindering that journalism. I am actually shocked at how many videos YouTube is removing monetization from. Here is a shocking example I alluded to in my most recent video which had monetization pulled for no good reason: 

May 7, 2015 UPDATE: Tonight I just noticed that YouTube restored the monetization for the above video BUT has removed it from the video I featured at the end of the "Drunken Peasants" video!  Yes, the video about how Representative Press was omitted from the list of YouTube partners has had its monetization removed!

As I said in my latest video called Drunken Peasants TJ & Ben Dismiss Complaints about YouTube as "Silly"  the situation of YouTube marginalizing the Representative Press channel has been going on for years. See this video for example.

Sometimes the mere threat of an investor state dispute can be enough to kill legislation just because the policy makers are afraid of being sued
So that shows that investor-state disputes actually also an enormous threat to our democracy. Both the united nations and the International Monetary Fund have warned that investor rights in trade agreements can severely curb the state's ability to respond in times of financial crisis.

when the country's in economic crisis it needs to adapt all kinds of measures to get out of the crisis and also to protect its people from the West.

NBC fears viewers learn what Iran's Foreign Minister said to Ann Curry? ...

There is something seriously wrong with the media in America. And what NBC did with the interview with Iran's foreign minister is the latest example of that. You can add this example to the many examples I have pointed out on this channel for why we must have a media system that serves the interests of the American people and why if we continue to rely on the people who control our current system we will never have information that represents our interests.

And as James Madison, the father of our Constitution warned, "A popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy; or, perhaps both." Mainstream media doesn't make it easy for the average person to learn critical facts. More transcript here:

Apparently fearing that the public may learn things that those in power don't want them to hear, NBC never televised their full interview with Iran's foreign minister!  What NBC and Ann Curry did was interview Iran's foreign minister for about an hour on very newsworthy and critical issues but then NBC refused to televise the interview! The most NBC was willing to show TV viewers was 90 seconds of that interview and it is clear they don't want a large audience to get a chance to hear the full interview with the answers the foreign minister gave in response to Ann Curry's questions.

We're not talking about annihilation of Jews. We never have, we never will. Because if we wanted to annihilate Jews, we have a large number of Jewish population in Iran who not only live in the country in peace, but, in fact, have a representative in Iranian parliament allocated to them, disproportionately to their number. Every 150,000 Iranian Muslims has a representative in the parliament, whereas less than 20,000 Jews in Iran have a representative in the parliament. So we're not about annihilation of Jews. We have a history of tolerance and cooperation and living together in coexistence with our own Jewish people, and with Jews everywhere in the world.

Incredibly, or if you have seen the underhanded games NBC and other networks have played with regard to U.S. foreign policy, maybe not so incredible to you: Only 90 seconds was broadcast on TV, you would have to do a search on the web or a search on the NBC website to find the full video of the interview. And as far as I can see, NBC never told viewers where to find the full interview.

Look at this, after they showed that 90 seconds,  he doesn't say, "Hey check out the full interview here on the website" or "check out the full interview this weekend at such and such a time."

Ann Curry with Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Zarif in Switzerland today. those nuclear talks will resume on March 15th.

And at the website, only a link to the 90 sec version is offered, and that's the case with the special Ann Curry page at NBC's website too! So you would have to do a search for the full interview in the search box to find a link to the full interview. And if I'm not mistaken, you have to leave this page to get to a page with a search box. And no, these links don't bring you to the full interview. It's only the 90 second version. And when you go there, when you follow the link to the 90 second version, the full version isn't offered to you.

On the NBC News Youtube channel, the video that features the 90 second don't have a link to the full interview and the YouTube channel does not carry the full interview. Ann Curry's twitter account only gave a link to the transcript of the interview. So what did she get the message, "Hey look, we don't want people to watch this interview, because the Foreign Minister said things that we don't want the American people to know."?

Why this is important

Two weeks ago Facebook shut down the personal account of Miko Peled, an Israeli, and an outspoken advocate for Palestinian human rights. Facebook is claiming his ID cannot be verified, and has accused him of trolling, neither of which are true. Peled is a popular public figure who's identity is not in question, and his efforts to resolve this issue with Facebook have gone no where. He believes Facebook has targeted him for his political views, and they have shutdown his account to deliberately censor his voice. Peled is a man of courage and integrity, and we are petitioning Facebook on his behalf to immediately reinstate his original Facebook profile.
